Favorite Thanksgiving Recipes

Here are three side dishes, one which is absolutely required by family members whenever we have a gathering of any kind (Corn Casserole!). ~ Inez Holger

Corn Casserole:

1 8 oz. can corn niblets, drained

1 6.5 oz. package Kashi 7 grain pilaf
1 ¾ cups water
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
4 TBL olive oil

Cook as directed:
1 Boil in bag brown rice (makes 2 cups)

Dice the following and add to above ingredients:
4 stalks celery
